Close your eyes for a moment. (Okay, maybe not if you’re reading this!)
Imagine or picture this:
2 months from now you’re walking into your therapy room with kids or teens, feeling calm, confident, and dare I say… excited?
Instead of feeling frazzled or second-guessing yourself, you’re thinking, “I’ve got this!”
Your sessions flow seamlessly, your confidence shines, and your clients (and their parents) are raving about the incredible progress they’re making.
Your sessions are running smoother than ever. You’ve got tools at your fingertips, a community behind you, and a Mini Jennie in your pocket (yes, that’s a thing, and yes, it’s awesome).
Welcome to Pathways to Play.
Why Join Pathways to Play? Let’s face it: working with kids and teens is equal parts rewarding and really hard sometimes. Because no one enters this field to feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck. You’re here to make a difference—and enjoy doing it.
That’s why we created this growing platform with:
- 475+ ready-to-use resources (and counting!)—from session starters to guides that untangle tricky situations like gaslighting or summertime slumps.
- Insights, aka “Mini Jennie”—a magical little button that pulls from all our resources to answer your burning questions if you don't want to search for them. (It’s like having a playful consultant in your back pocket!)
- Fresh, new tools every week—because your clients grow, and so should you.
What Could Your Future Look Like?
Let’s fast forward a bit:
...6 weeks from now, your stress levels are low, your boundaries are strong, and you’re finally saying yes to that lunch break you deserve.
...3 months from now, you’ve mastered tough conversations, your retention rates are soaring, and your clients’ parents think you’re a genius.
Doesn’t that sound dreamy? Now imagine your career feels purposeful, playful, and perfectly aligned with the therapist you always wanted to be.

This Adventures in Play or our Pathways to play membership does not replace the necessity for clinical supervision. It is imperative that every intern engages in weekly meetings with a university-approved supervisor to ensure adherence to academic and professional standards. Additionally, every provisional therapist must have weekly sessions with a state-approved clinical supervisor to meet the requirements for licensure. These supervisory meetings are crucial for maintaining professional competence, ensuring ethical practice, and supporting ongoing development in clinical skills.
